SAMPLE DKS - 1
High performance One Step Rust Converter / Inhibitor / Primer, Metal Surface Cleaning and conditioning compound. This liquid is a combination of 100% rust converter (including mill scale), rust inhibitor, primer, metal surface cleaning and conditioning characters. It saves a lot of time, labour, cost and prepares metal surface for painting, other mechanical usage and welding. It provides a long term rust protection - can be applied by brushing and spraying. It can be used over new / bare metal and on rusted metal surface at any ambient condition.

Character of DKS - 1
It does not simply cover up rust unlike other rust converters available in the market. It actually coverts rust (including mill scale and micro-rust) into a high performance, corrosion resistant, conductive metallurgical protective coating. So one can perform painting and welding at ease.

Mode of Application of DKS - 1

Step: 1 Clean metal surface by mild wire brush or emery paper.
Step: 2

Brush / Spray one coat of DKS -1. Scrub the surface with mild wire brush or emery paper. Clean all the smut then apply another coat of DKS - 1 by spraying or mopping.


NOTE : 
ON DRYING AFTER APPLICATION OF DKS - 1 A SILVER - GRAY COLOR APPEARS. THIS IS NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH ANY DETRIMETAL REACTION. RATHER CONVERSLY THIS LAYER IS A PROTECTIVE BARRIER TO STOP FORMATION OF MICRO-RUST / RUST SCALE.
This liquid DKS - 1 while removing rust, grease from ferrous metal surface also simultaneously passivates the surface by forming organic phosphate coating, which is metallurgically conductive, facilitating smooth primer paint application and coating etc.

It is an excellent liquid for welding purpose. It improves weld strength without any spatter.

MODE OF APPLICATION OF DKS - 2
 
Step : 1 Clean the surface first by wire brush.
Step : 2

Brush/Spray one coat of DKS - 2 over welding area. Clean all smut and again apply another coat. Allow to dry and then welding to be done.
In post welded condition one last coat of DKS - 2 to be smeared over weld line to prevent further occurrence of corrosion / rusting.


CHARACTER OF DKS - 2
If it is a case of spot welding - an approx increment of weld strength by 60% may be possible. In case of fillet welding, about 43% increase is possible . Welding can be directly applied on the coated surface(with DKS - 2) because coating is conductive in nature. Also this liquid has high temperature fusion characteristic, this also provide better bonding. The coating does not burn off or flake off at high temperature. This welding process with DKS - 2 liquid does not form any weld spatter. Minimizes labour, time and cost of surface preparation before welding.
